A four-storey office system for industrial customers

Sustainability is a strategic principle for the energy supplier MVV Umwelt in Mannheim. It produces electricity from heat, waste, biomass and wind. The company was in temporary need of additional offices and meeting rooms for its projects. The difficult part was the need for a lot of space on a small surface area.

It was the perfect scenario for the room specialist ELA Container. ELA can create new space on a limited surface area in no time with four-storey container systems. The company recently obtained the statics certificate needed for this.

In addition to the office and meeting rooms, the temporary building features a kitchenette, WCs and an internal stairwell. The window banks on both sides let lots of light into the rooms inside and are just as much an eyecatcher as the height of the system.
